FastSnack, the AI-boosted self-ordering kiosk
FastSnack is the self-ordering kiosk software published by Anjoy-IT. It runs on touch kiosks installed in the dining rooms of independent restaurants, with a menu tailored to each brand.
Context
The need and our answer
During rush hours, taking orders at the counter slows down service and generates errors. Restaurant owners wanted a simple kiosk for their customers, quick to update and able to showcase their menu — without the cost of a proprietary solution.
We designed FastSnack as a product: a kiosk application configurable per brand (visual identity, categories, dishes, ingredients, sauces, allergens), an ordering journey in a few screens and a smart assistant that accompanies the customer up to the summary.
The solution now runs at Crazy Pizza Burger, Istanbul Best and Le S’dwich, on kiosks supplied by our partner JLN Solutions.
What we delivered
- Touch kiosk application in kiosk mode, styled in each brand’s colours
- Menu structured by category with visuals, prices, composition and allergens
- Dish customisation: ingredient removal, choice of sauces and extras, quantities
- Allergen and diet filters displayed from the home screen
- Conversational assistant that guides and suggests during the order
- Attract-mode videos and visuals to animate the kiosk between orders
- Back office to manage menus, prices and availability
