A stand built by several hands
Showing software at a trade show takes far more than a laptop: you need equipment that stands up, catches the eye from the aisle and works end to end in front of the visitor. So we brought together the partners we work with every day.
The result: a fully operational self-service check-in kiosk, a demo station for document reading, and dynamic signage visible from the entrance of the stand — all installed and calibrated on the morning of opening day.
What we showed
On the hospitality side, GAAN ran continuously on the kiosk: visitors placed an ID document, the booking was found, the room key encoded and the ticket printed — exactly the journey a hotel guest goes through on arrival at any hour, with nobody at the desk.
On the administrative side, we presented GIL, our document management assistant, paired with Plustek scanners: a scanned stack of paper is split into documents, summarised and filed in the right folders, and the voice assistant retrieves any item on request.
Conversations with visitors confirmed what we see at our clients’: the expectation is less about the technology itself than about the time it frees up for teams.
