How does a first conversation go?

We start with a call or video meeting to understand your context, goals and constraints. We then come back to you with a first analysis and a proposal.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. We run most of our projects remotely, with regular video check-ins, and travel on site when the project requires it (kiosk installation, scoping workshops…).

Do you offer maintenance after launch?

Yes. We offer maintenance, support and hosting contracts tailored to each project, as well as evolutions as your needs grow.

What is your response time?

We reply quickly to every request. For quotes, a detailed proposal is sent after a first scoping conversation.
